From our print floor to your table

Because we print on demand to guarantee quality and eliminate waste, each order enters a production queue before it ships:

• Standard catalog miniatures & accessories: 3–5 business days.
• Complex or high-volume technical CAD / SolidWorks prototyping projects: 5–10 business days.

High-volume, multi-part, or custom-engineered orders sit at the upper end of these ranges. Where a project's scope requires a longer window, the workshop confirms the timeline with you in writing before production begins.

Packaging is engineered to the asset, not applied generically. Two standards protect the two very different classes of product we ship:

• Fragile hobby resins (miniatures and high-detail pieces): each model is individually bagged, immobilized in suspension or foam cushioning to isolate fine protrusions from shock, and enclosed in a rigid outer carton to prevent crushing in transit.
• Heavy functional thermoplastic assets (FDM terrain, storage systems, and technical housings): protected with reinforced double-wall cartons, load-rated corner protection, and void fill sized to the mass of the piece so dense assemblies cannot shift.

Orders ship from Davie, Florida via tracked domestic carriers. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Once your order leaves production you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Fulfillment time and transit time are distinct: the windows above cover time on our print floor, before the carrier's transit clock begins.
